Yesterday I also taught in our BODYSTEP launch. We had a rockstar theme--can you tell? (One of the songs is called "Drummer Boy", so I was pretty stoked to find this Animal t-shirt at Target.
The workout just about did me in. I am not yet in prime condition, that is for sure!
