BRAVE

I took Ben in for a check-up this week. He was due for a flu shot, so I decided to have Libby and Sarah get them too. Libby heard the word shot and immediately started crying hysterically. Sarah, on the other hand remained totally calm and collected. She simply said, "I am not afraid of shots. They don't make me cry." And she didn't really. I basically had to hold Libby down and she screamed for several minutes before and after. Sarah almost broke into tears just after the shot but held it together. I was so impressed.
