She is tiny. She has a new friend in our new ward (for which I am SO thankful!). This friend told her mom, "You know how sometimes you call people 'whippersnappers?' Well I think Libby is a whippersnapper like me!"

We had a bit of a battle over her decade day outfit yesterday. But in the end she was a great 1980s girl with pink streaks in her straightened hair.
