New Milestones!

It seemed like there were a couple of months there when Libby would never start really moving. She was in "almost crawling" mode for so long. But now--look out. She went from the worm crawl, to a regular crawl, to pulling herself up on anything that she can get her hands on (bookshelves, chairs, dishtowels hanging--that hurt!). Anyway, here she is where she pulled herself up on the library step stool. She actually let go with both hands as if to say--"Look Ma, no hands!" In the picture I got her one handed. The other picture is her amazing ability to crawl over obstacles (Derek's head is the obstacle in this case.)

Here are some of the highlights of our great trip... Meeting up with cousin Jonathan (he is just a bit younger than she is).

Libby Bonds With Grandpa

My Dad just got a new tractor, so while the girls were out getting pedicures, Libby spent time with Grandpa and the tractor.

We are leaving for Utah in just a couple of hours, so I don't have time to edit this...but Libby uncut is hilarious. You get a feel for just how unstable she still is on her feet, and you get to hear the range of sounds she is making these days.

I just let her watch the video. She thought it was fascinating and kept trying to talk to the Libby on the screen! She looked at me as if to say, is this real?
