It was a warm and beautiful day in Seattle (who knew that could happen--I had already forgotten!) So I took Libby in the backyard after our run so she could experience the texture of grass. She seemed to be a big fan--and luckily she kept the binkie in so I didn't have to worry about seeing grass in the next diaper :)

i love when babies first meet grass...either love it or hate it. you are so dedicated to your running! i run too...if a big mean animal is chasing me! Too many kids at home to job with, so for now I elliptical downstairs!
When I firt put Caden on grass he stood up on his toes and finger because he didn't want to touch it! Libby looks like she is enjoying the new stuff!
