Check out this cool house! Libby is still sick though. Any suggestions for congestion out there? I bought a Vick's vaporizing night light thing for her room, and I got some homeopathic meds that are supposed to help. Saline and suction aren't getting deep enough, and I need sleep!!!!

Hey, let me know if you get any good suggestions for Libby's congestion. Mad's nose is still running like crazy and it's been like a week and a half since she was sick. ughhhh!

Congrats on the house! Ok, so what I do for the boys when they are sick is... 1. Run the shower really hot and fill the whole bathroom with steam, 2. Sit in there with her until it is done then turn it down and fill the bath with warm water and add Johnson Soothing Vapor bath. After she soaks in that for a while her nose will be all moist and suctioning is easier. 3. Put vicks Baby vapor rub on her chest and neck. 4. Under her crib mattress, put some rolled up blankets so that her head is elevated. This is what works for Caden. Before I did all this I would just let him sleep in my arms in the glider so that he was elevated. Sorry for the long comment :)
