I think Sarah in the blue dress, Libby in the pink. But I might be wrong.
I think: top is Libby and bottom is Sarah. They do look so much alike :)
I forgot to post the answer...Libby is the top and Sarah is the bottom. You can tell because of the flappy skin on Libby's arm where fat rolls should be.
