Two holidays with food in one week! I forced myself not to make a dessert on St. Patty's day since we had just celebrated Pi Day by making mini apple pies! I let the kids help with each step of the process except rolling out the dough.
They even helped cut and peel the apples and everyone still has all their fingers. Whew.
