Family Time in Utah: Mueller Park Evening

When we talked together (on zoom of course) about what we wanted to do during this trip, Rachel said firmly that she wanted her kids to be in the mountains, since FL is so flat.  I was all in on this.  There are times when she has regretted this a bit, since chasing a 2 and 4 yr. olds in the mountains has been exhausting.  But it has been so fun.  My mom also wanted to paint and decorate a bedroom/dressers, etc.  This hasn't been super easy either.  But we are almost there!

We did a cookout in Mueller Park--just up the canyon from the Bountiful Temple.  It was so fun--but rushed for us since Libby had a therapy appointment, we had to drive down the canyon to where we had service and eat our tinfoil dinners in the car.

After a day of painting, my mom still looks happy. She clearly has so much more energy!

Libby enjoys the mountains by doing tiktok dances everywhere.

Arvae in the woods!

This is how Ben enjoys the woods--adventuring.  He loved climbing around on the rocks!

Sarah likes to chill and chat.

Being outside feels SO GOOD!
Me in my happy place!  I love fire.
