I had my hernia surgery on Thursday. I didn't have general anesthesia, just local and a sedative. So, I felt better right away after the surgery. The hernia was so small they didn't need to use mesh to repair it. Looks like it should heal quickly and easily. If I don't overdo it. But really, I took pain meds for 2 days (and I think it could have been less). Now it is Aleve and waiting for things to heal I guess? I will be back teaching BP (without weights) this Thursday as long as my post-op appt. goes okay.
